Go to the DGVCL Online Bill Payment page
On the first page, type your consumer number, then click somewhere else. After that, you can see the bill date and the outstanding bill amount.
Type the amount you wish to pay in the box marked with a ” * “
Type your e-mail address. It is used for sending payment receipt if your transaction is successful.
Click ” Submit “
The next page is a confirmation page. On this page, you can see your consumer number, name, amount, etc. If there is any mistake in those details, you can cancel the procedure here and restart from the beginning.
If the displayed information is correct, click ” Pay Now “.
You will be redirected to the payment mode selection page.
Here, you can select the payment mode you wish to use.

Charges for DGVCL Online Bill Payment
- Internet Banking: Nil
- Debit Cards: 0.75% of the transaction amount up to Rs.2000. If the transaction amount is greater than Rs.2000, the charge will be 1% of the transaction amount.
- Credit Cards: 1% of the transaction amount.
