Fill up your “ K Number ” and e-mail id. After the successful completion of the AVVNL bill payment, you will get bill payment confirmation as an e-mail in this e-mail id.
Click Submit.
On the next page, you can view your outstanding bill details. This includes an amount payable, bill number, due date, etc.
To proceed with the bill payment, click Pay.
