If your mobile number is not linked with your KWA account and you are planning to pay your bi-monthly bills through the KWA official website, you should type your consumer id and consumer number each and every time to find your account. If your mobile number is linked, you don’t have to remember your consumer number and consumer id or keep the printed bill you got from the KWA meter reader to pay your bills.
For registering your mobile number, you should type your KWA consumer number and consumer ID to locate your account. If you have a printed bill, you can find these details on it. If your number is already registered and you want to change/update your number with KWA, you can find your consumer number and consumer ID using the already registered mobile number.

Type your consumer id and consumer number and click the Proceed button.
You can now see your consumer name. Type your mobile number and click the Verify button.
The Kerala water authority will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile number.
Type the OTP received on your phone and click the Register button. Now your mobile number is linked with your KWA account.
